Karolina shares her home with two greyhounds, Robin and Chuck, and two dachshunds, Delicja and Asterix. Johnny’s journey with pets began 4 years ago when he adopted his first greyhound. Since then, he’s been on a mission to improve the pet care industry. Known for leading Greyhound Trust events, Johnny loves Emmi teeth cleaning for its overlooked importance to pet health. He lives with four dogs—three rescues and one "queen." Johnny’s philosophy is simple: "Every pet deserves the best." And at Spa Time Pets, he ensures that mission comes to life.

Hannah’s love for dogs started at a young age, and her journey includes 16 years of dog boarding and working with charities. Inspired by Karolina’s passion, she joined Spa Time Pets to follow her dream of becoming a groomer. She loves deshedding for the comfort it brings pets. At home, she’s the proud owner of Flame, a quirky greyhound with a penchant for strange sleeping positions. Hannah’s goal? To make every pet feel happy, comfortable, and oh-so-loved.

Izzy joined Spa Time Pets to make a difference, inspired by the care her elderly dog received. Her favourite services include clipping and deshedding—helping dogs feel light, refreshed, and fabulous. Izzy is mum to a 15-year-old Shih Tzu, Ollie, and a 16-year-old cat, Poppy. For Izzy, it’s all about giving pets the care they need to live their best lives, just like she’s done for her own.

Grace’s love for animals led her to Spa Time Pets, where she combines her passion for care with expertise earned through Victoria Stilwell Academy certifications. She finds joy in deshedding, transforming coats, and giving pets a new lease on life. At home, Grace’s cockapoo, Lola, keeps her company with boundless energy and the sweetest personality.
